Bearing Pushing

The equipment consists of a fabricated bed on which two heads are fitted with hydraulic cylinder for pushing the bearing from two sides. The distance between the heads can be adjusted to suit different lengths of the Idlers.

Pipe cutting machine

WELDMAN make Automatic Pipe Cutting Machine, wherein the cutting tool rotates round the pipe for parting the pipe to the desired length. The pipe is fed to the cutting head with the help of In-feed trolley.

Double end boring

WELDMAN AUTOMATIC TWIN HEAD BORING MACHINE with Cast Iron Bed complete with Tool-Head with multiple Tools for each Head, for simultaneous machining (facing) and boring of the two ends of the Idler. The two heads of the machine move forward for machining the two ends of the Idler.

Slott cutting machine

WELDMAN make special purpose Idler Shaft Slot Cutting machine, both type A & type B, is ideally suitable for slot cutting of the shaft of Idler. The operation is automatic except for loading and un-loading. Both ends of the shaft are machined at a time. Two shafts are held together and fed to the machine for better productivity.
